Our family has the blessing of calling Transform Ministries CDA our sending church.
They commissioned us out in July of 2022 and have continued to maintain a constant presence in our lives and ministry. They gather to pray for Erik and I weekly and continue to provide discipleship and mentorship in our lives. The lead pastor, Mike Jacobs, takes a pastoral visit to our team yearly.
